Ingredients

2Croissants (Main)
50 gBrie, Te Muri Triple Cream Brie is a good pick (Main)
2 largeFeijoas, or 1 ripe pear, halved, peeled, cored and sliced
6 TbspTamarillo relish

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C. Cut the croissants in half.
  2. Thinly slice the brie and place on the croissant bases. Top with the feijoas or pear then the relish.
  3. Place on a baking paper-lined baking tray and bake for 10 minutes.
