Ingredients

200 gFlour
1 pinchSalt
2Eggs
500 mlMilk
20 gButter, melted
1 dashVegetable oil, for frying

Directions

  1. Put everything except the oil into a food processor or blender and blend until smooth. This is the batter. Rest the batter for 30 minutes.
  2. To make one pancake, heat a little oil in a small frying pan over moderate heat.
  3. Add about 50ml of the batter and swirl it to cover the bottom of the pan.
  4. Fry until golden on the underside then turn over and repeat on the other side.
  5. Repeat for the remaining batter.
