Ingredients

½ cupExtra virgin olive oil (Main)
1 ½ cupsBasil leaves (Main)
2 TbspPine nuts, lightly toasted
2 clovesCrushed garlic
½ tspSalt
50 gParmesan cheese, freshly grated

Directions

  1. Blend the basil, oil, nuts, garlic and salt in a food processor.
  2. Remove to a bowl and stir in the cheese and taste for seasoning.
