Porridge with yoghurt, peanut butter honey swirl and banana

Ingredients

3 TbspYoghurt
1 tspHoney
1 tspPeanut butter
1Banana, sliced
ā…“ cupRolled oats (Main)
1 cupWater, milk, or milk substitute
1 handfulAlmonds

Directions

  1. Mix yoghurt with honey and peanut butter.
  2. Make porridge (see below) and place in a bowl.
  3. Top with the yoghurt, banana and almonds.

Porridge

  1. Bring oats and water/milk/milk substitute in saucepan to the boil. Simmer for two minutes and serve.
  2. Add dashes of cinnamon, nutmeg, honey or vanilla if you like.
