'Personal reasons' cited as Playboi Carti cancels Auckland show

NZ Herald

Playboi Carti has cancelled his Auckland show.

Playboi Carti's first New Zealand concert has been cancelled just days before it was due to be held.

The acclaimed rapper, who released his debut album Die Lit earlier this month, was due to perform at the Powerstation on Saturday night.

But promoters Frontier Touring said the show had been cancelled, along with several Australian appearances.

They blamed "personal reasons".

TOUR CANCELLED: @playboicarti’s AU & NZ tour this month has been cancelled due to artist personal reasons. We apologise to those affected by this cancellation.

All ticketholders will automatically be refunded, no further action is required.
